  81. It seems like artists are becoming increasingly conflicted with which formats to release new music on. Can you imagine a future where your fans no longer have the experience of waiting until release day to go to their local retailer to pick up a PHYSICAL copy of your new album? How much say do you have in what mediums your material is sold?

  96. Don't know if this is still open, but I have two questions...

First... I was wondering what your thoughts are on (old school) directors Sam Peckinpah and Walter Hill. I sense a little of their style in your work.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Who are some directors that inspire you and will your wife be in the Lords of Salem movie?

    ReplyDelete
  104. I think you're one of the better horror director's today and I dig your music, but you always see a lot of critics saying stick to the music instead of the films. What do you make of this? Do you think is it a case of thinking people are just being critical for the sake of it?

    ReplyDelete
  105. I really enjoy your screenplays and I own a copy of "The Devils Rejects" hardcopy that you brought out with Neca. I'd love to read your screenplay for "H2"... Will you ever release it or make it available online?

  106. Hi Rob,
I wanted to ask you what's your favorite Jack Hill movie. And have you ever thought about Pam Grier doing a cameo in one of your movies? Couse we have seen Tura Satana in one of your movies and it would be cool to see more badass exploitation film actresses in your movies.

PS I have seen your live show in London this year and I came there from Poland, where I live. The show was awesome and I waited for it for a loooong time! It's nice you've finally came back to Europe and I hope you'll be visiting it more often.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Hi Rob,

  118. Which is more frightening? You hear a knock on the door. You open it and waiting on the other side is... A) A Clown or B) A former band-mate (one where things didn't end well)

    ReplyDelete
  119. Rob,

Around one year ago I was in Beaufort, NC for my yearly beach week trip and I was in a cool old antique shop (junk shop) and I found this little clown statue that I thought was really neat, wanted to buy it but didn't have enough money, so I took a couple of pictures of it. Then a few months after that I was rewatching House of 1000 Corpses (for probably around the 20th time since I first saw it in 2007) and I noticed that the exact same clown statue was on the counter at Spaulding's.

Picture of statue in movie: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/52/clown1s.png/

Pictures I took of statue: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/217/clown2.png/

Was just wondering if you remembered where you got your clown statue?
